In the states of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, SPA L.L.C.’s forensic engineering services have involved investigating and analyzing accident events, providing verbal reports, written reports, pre-trial consultations, deposition testimony and/or trial testimony.
